Start with content pillars

Choose three to five themes your audience cares about, for example education, behind the scenes, customer stories, offers and product highlights. Every post should fit one pillar.

Mix the formats

Use Reels to reach new people, carousels to teach and be saved, single images for announcements and stories for daily updates and polls. A balanced mix keeps your feed useful and varied.

Build the calendar

Decide how many posts you can sustain weekly, assign a pillar and format to each day, then batch-create content in one or two sessions. Consistency beats occasional bursts.

Review monthly

Check which posts earned the most saves, shares and inquiries, and repeat what works. Treat your calendar as a plan you improve every month.
