Separate must-haves from nice-to-haves. An MVP usually needs sign up, one core workflow, a simple dashboard and a way to pay or request access.
3. Choose a simple stack and launch plan
Pick technology your team can maintain. Plan hosting, payments, analytics and a way to collect user feedback from day one.
4. Launch, learn and iterate
Release to a small group, watch how they use it, and improve based on real behavior. This is cheaper and safer than building everything upfront.
